Remaining 10 percent of what’s left to raise for this project. We are selling each point for $75,000.00 for a total of $775,000. Our firm will manage all investment details and the contracting the deal for the investor that comes in. 8th Street Capital and its partners will even offer financing for the right investor that wants to come into the ownership of the this project. 8th Street has been tasked with the privilege to facilitate the opportunity with the prospect of having 8 more of these imaging centers scheduled to go up in the next 5-6 years allowing for vested monies to grow and get reinvested.

We have a set of partners that are aggressive in the medical field and industry. They have been building and selling facilities in the medical industry for over 12 years and are focused in the southern region of Texas due to the market growth. The Medical industry in the southern region of Texas has definitely blown up. Space X has resurfaced the immediate communities such as Brownsville, McAllen, Padre Island and the surrounding cities in the valley have grown exponentially. New jobs, approximately triple what it was in 2019 with new developments currently being executed since more and more families have relocated in the recent years since Space X and the other fortune 500 Space X has attracted to come to the Valley.
